This website and online store are operated by Helo Beauty, from Calle de San Jerónimo 34, 39520 Comillas, Cantabria, Spain. You can contact us at contact.helobeauty@gmail.com.

2. These terms

These terms apply when you access helobeauty.com or place an order with us. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Refund and Returns Policy and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

3. Products

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Display colours may vary between screens, and minor packaging or cosmetic details may change without affecting the product's essential function. Product dimensions are approximate.

Our LED beauty devices are cosmetic products. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Follow all supplied instructions and safety information.

4. Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation accepting your order. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, an obvious pricing error has occurred, fraud is suspected or delivery is not possible. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

5. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). The total payable, available payment methods and any delivery charge will be shown before you place your order. Products may be fulfilled from outside the United Kingdom. Import VAT, customs duties or carrier charges may apply where they are not collected at checkout; see our Shipping Policy.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not directly store full card details.

6. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses using international fulfilment and tracked carriers where available. Processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Please see our Shipping Policy for current information and contact us if your order has not arrived within 30 days.

7. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Your cancellation, return and refund rights are described in our Refund and Returns Policy. That policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, scrape the service in a way that disrupts it, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

9. Intellectual property

The Helo Beauty name, site copy, layout and original brand assets belong to us or are used under licence. You may use the website for personal shopping purposes but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission.

10. Third-party services and links

Shopify and other service providers support the store, payments, analytics and fulfilment. Third-party sites and services have their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for websites we do not control.

11. Liability

We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer protections. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

12. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs delays, severe weather, industrial action, border controls or service outages. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of such events.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms shown when you place an order will normally apply to that order.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer, you also retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings that apply in the country where you live.
