Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Helo Beauty purchase. Returns: you may return an unused, unopened item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. How to start a return: contact us with your order number before sending anything back. Refund timing: refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Faulty items: if an item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
